Common questions

What is an "active case"?

An active case is a claimant you're currently managing. You create a case, upload their medication documents, and run unlimited assessments, checks, and letters. When the claim is resolved, close the case. It stays accessible as read-only for your audit trail and doesn't count toward your limit.

How do I get started with AllMeds?

Can I reopen a closed case?

Yes. If a claim comes back or medications change, reopen the case and it becomes active again. All previous assessments and history are preserved.

Can providers pass the cost through to the employer?

Yes. Each case generates clinical-grade reports. Many rehab providers and claims consultants include AllMeds as a disbursement on the claim, similar to an allied health report or IME.

What's the difference between Solo and Provider?
