Corrections

Found a problem? Tell us.

If you've spotted a clinical error, an out-of-date safety advisory, a missing source, or confusing wording on AllMeds.ai, we want to hear from you. Reader corrections are how we stay accurate.

How to report a correction

  1. Email luke@allmeds.ai with the page URL and a brief description of what's wrong or unclear.
  2. If you have a source, share it. A regulator advisory, a clinical guideline link, or a specific section of a product information document helps us respond faster.
  3. Tell us how you'd like to be credited (or stay anonymous). Our default is anonymous unless you ask otherwise.

Our service-level commitment

Within 1 working day

We acknowledge your message and tell you who's looking at it.

Within 5 working days

The page is reviewed by a pharmacist and either corrected (with a dated note) or you'll receive an explanation of why we believe the existing content is accurate.

Within 24 hours (urgent)

If a correction concerns a safety risk (e.g. wrong dose range, missing contraindication, severity miscategorised), we treat it as urgent and respond same-day where possible.

What counts as a correction

  • A clinical fact that contradicts a regulator, guideline, or authoritative source we cite
  • A safety advisory we missed or applied incorrectly
  • An out-of-date scheduling, approval, or warning
  • A drug interaction we got wrong, missed, or mischaracterised
  • An incorrect attribution or citation
  • Confusing wording that could lead a non-clinician to make an unsafe decision

What we do with your report

  1. Triage. Sorted by urgency โ€” safety-critical first.
  2. Source check. We compare the current page content against the sources we cite, plus any source you've shared.
  3. Pharmacist review. Luke (or another reviewer) reviews the change.
  4. Update with a dated note. If the page is corrected, we add a "Corrected on YYYY-MM-DD" note explaining what changed and why.
  5. Public correction log. Material corrections are logged below so you can see what we've changed.
  6. Reply. You hear back, with our reasoning.

Correction log

No corrections have been published yet under the current editorial process. As corrections are made, they will appear here with the page, the date, what changed, and the reviewer who approved the change.

What's not a correction

Personal medical questions ("is this safe for me?") aren't corrections โ€” they're questions for your clinician. We can't answer them, and we can't take responsibility for individual treatment decisions. If a tool or page gave you a confusing answer to a personal question, please still tell us โ€” we use those reports to improve tool design.

Disagreements about editorial framing or scope ("you should cover X" or "you shouldn't have framed this as Y") are welcome but not the same as corrections. Send them through and we'll consider them as feedback.
