About
Medication information you can rely on.
AllMeds.ai is a pharmacist-led medication safety resource for the people who need it most: patients on complex regimens, carers managing someone else's medications, and anyone trying to understand what a prescription means before they take it.
What we do
We publish clear, sourced information about medications — what they're for, how they work, what to watch for, and what interacts with what. Every page that carries our review badge has been read by a registered pharmacist before going live.
We're not a pharmacy and we don't sell medication. We don't replace your doctor or your pharmacist. We exist to help you ask better questions and make safer decisions about the medicines that are already in your life.
Who is behind AllMeds
AllMeds is led by Luke McGrath, a registered pharmacist with over 12 years of clinical experience across community pharmacy, aged care, and structured medication reviews. Luke became the first pharmacist in Australia to deliver independent medication reviews for workers' compensation and CTP claims, and now serves as Head of Clinical for AllMeds.ai.
Luke is also the founder of Independent Med Management (IMM) — a nationally trusted clinical practice that performs paid, structured medication reviews for insurers, self-insurers, and government agencies. IMM's review work informs the patterns we describe on AllMeds.ai (always anonymised and aggregated; never individual claim details). You can read more about our medical review structure.
How we make the information useful
- Sourced. We draw on medicines regulators (TGA, FDA, MHRA, EMA), public clinical guidelines (NICE, RACGP, BPAC, CDC), and peer-reviewed literature. See our methodology.
- Reviewed. Pages carrying a reviewer block were checked by a registered pharmacist before publication. We don't claim review that hasn't happened.
- Transparent about AI. Drafting and structuring are aided by AI; clinical accuracy is the pharmacist's responsibility. Read more in AI safety.
- Correctable. If something is wrong, we want to know. See our corrections process.
Who we are not for
AllMeds.ai is general information. It is not personal medical advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to your prescriber or pharmacist. If you have a medication question specific to your health — for example, whether to start, stop, change a dose, or combine medications — please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
In an emergency — including suspected overdose, allergic reaction, or severe symptoms — call your local emergency number immediately. In Australia, dial 000. For poison information, call the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26.
